Frequently asked questions

What is a voice form?
An interactive form that a respondent completes by having a short spoken conversation with an AI agent, instead of typing into fields. SurVoyce turns that conversation into clean, structured data.
Do respondents need an account or an app?
No. They open a link in a browser, or dial a phone number and enter a form code. No account, no download.
What if someone can’t or doesn’t want to use voice?
The web experience falls back to a text chat with the same questions, validation, and logic, so no one is shut out.
Does it work over the phone?
Yes. Phone-enabled forms are reachable through one shared number; the respondent enters the form code and completes the form by voice.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are not recorded. The conversation transcript is the record of the session, and the caller ID (or IP address for web sessions) is stored with the response. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is stored.
Are respondents told they’re talking to AI?
Yes — a clear AI disclosure is delivered at the start of every session, on both web and phone. It cannot be turned off.
How long can a session be?
Sessions are designed to complete within about eight minutes. The form builder warns you if a form is likely to run long.
What languages are supported?
English at launch. Additional languages are planned.
How does pricing work?
Every workspace starts with 10 free credits. After that you buy prepaid credit packs; one completed submission costs one credit. There’s no subscription. See the Pricing page.
