By creating an account or using SurVoyce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SurVoyce provides a platform for creators to build voice-based forms and collect responses via AI-powered voice sessions (web browser or telephone). The AI voice agent is powered by AWS Amazon Nova Sonic.

3. AI disclosure requirement

Every SurVoyce voice session begins with a mandatory disclosure that the respondent is speaking with an automated AI voice system. This disclosure cannot be removed or modified by creators. You must not represent SurVoyce sessions as human conversations.

Credits are purchased in prepaid packs via Stripe. One credit is consumed per completed submission. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final; refunds are at SurVoyce's discretion. Incomplete or abandoned sessions do not consume credits.

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and handle data. You agree to the Privacy Policy as part of these Terms. A GDPR Data Processing Agreement is available in your account settings if required.

8. Intellectual property

SurVoyce owns all rights to the platform software, brand, and documentation. You retain ownership of your forms and the response data collected through them.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SurVoyce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are non-refundable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
